Hey students!
My most requested remodeling project these days is how to install a shower pan when converting from a tub to walk-in shower… and for good reason. Why? It’s in HIGH DEMAND (hello, aging Baby Boomers). It’s also not as costly as an all tiled walk-in shower, making it even more appealing to those who need a walk-in shower.
If I was a newer contractor starting in this business, this type of project is all I would be focusing on. You get in and out of a client’s home quickly. It makes for an easy work week. Plus, it’s really not that hard to do.
This kind of project is such a simple way to make good money if you are into remodeling bathrooms.
